Our word is our bond
So here's our word…
- We deal in trust
- Trust is the currency of success. The more we each invest, the greater the return.
- We won’t work with people we don’t trust and we urge you to take up with us only if you’re prepared to invest complete trust. We will never knowingly break your trust (we’re also darned good at knowing).
- We will never miss a deadline
- We never have and we never will.
- Barring natural disaster or a death in the family, we’ll hit every deadline every time. Responsibility for this rests partly with you. If you work with us you’ll promise to hit your deadlines on-time, every time, too. In this respect we are mutually-dependent.
- We want responsibility
- We will meet and follow through on every one of our responsibilities. If you work with us, you’ll do the same.
- Responsibility is the mortar of our professional relationships. We gather and define as much responsibility as we can in every project and we won’t dilute it among the team. Despite collaboration, our project responsibilities will reside, ultimately, in one individual. For the sake of success, you’ll do the same with your team. This is a deal breaker and the key to our mutual success.
